About Nashville
Nashville is the capital city of the U.S. state of Tennessee and the seat of Davidson County. We shifted from Aloha to a Harbortouch POS, and a big part of the reason was Karl Dickerson, the salesperson and account manager of United Banc Card. He is knowledgeable, engaging, and above all, highly responsive to our needs. Not only are we saving significantly on merchant fees, but we are getting far better service from United Banc Card in partnership with Harbortouch. I highly recommend them. The only concern (4 star vs 5) is that the Harbortouch reporting capability, especially through their Lighthouse feature, is somewhat limited. That has nothing to do with, however, the excellent service we have received from Karl and United Banc Card of TN.
