Salford () is a city and metropolitan borough in Greater Manchester, England. In 2011, Salford had a population of 103,886. It is also the second and only other city in the county after neighbouring Manchester. Salford is located in a meander of the River Irwell which forms part of its boundary with Manchester. Rare day off so son bought me fish n chips, tried this new place after receiving a flyer. Unfortunately not impressed. Too greasy, no flavour, manky chips. Fish nice and flaky, batter got a crunch but mouth left feeling greasy. Chips not impressive. I like to eat every last chip but these I had to pick through cos they jad discoloured bits and peel here n there. Just not worth the high price! My son had curry on his chips n said it was thick but a bit bland. Doubt I will use this chippy again. On the plus it was super clean n staff very helpful.
